Holihomes: How we sell

We don’t just sell a roof over one’s head. We want our customers to experience a unique lifestyle when they buy and move into a Holihome.

It’s important for us to get to know our customers personally and understand their needs, wishes and dreams. That’s why our Holihomes are sold exclusively & directly by the owner. We don’t work with real estate agents. Our customers don’t have to pay a brokerage fee.

We want our customers to be able to see and feel what they’re getting. That’s why we sell our Holihomes only when they are at least 90% complete. We also don’t issue reservations or take down payments.

We don’t publish prices for our homes. We want to ensure that the price you pay for a home remains a private matter. Once you’ve decided to seriously consider purchasing one of our projects, we’d like to discuss the terms and conditions together that are satisfactory to both parties.

Holihomes Ambassador

Alessia Koeppler is our Holihomes Ambassador. She is your contact if you are interested in purchasing one of our projects.

She was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, to Persian parents. She graduated from high school in Hamburg and studied hotel management in the USA.

She worked in property management for almost three decades and helped build a private real estate portfolio.

Above all, Alessia is a passionate and battle-tested mother who has given birth to three children and raised them to successful adults. And she cooks like a goddess!

In 2021 she settled together with her family over to Greece, her home country by heart.

Alessia is co-founder and partner of Holihomes.
