We have developed our design philosophy exclusively for our residential projects. It considers the human being as a whole, with all their feelings and needs. Of course, living in a Holihomes house is warm and dry. But what about needs like peace and security? Safety? Beauty and aesthetics? Durability? Cost-effectiveness? Transformability and Sustainability?
We want to create a very special feel-good experience for our customers. The aesthetic appeal of the rooms, the view from the windows, the special kind of silence, the perception of temperature, the operation of the fixtures, the entryways, the durability and feel of the materials, the simplicity and affordability of maintenance – all of this should flow into a seamless, liberating, and relaxing user experience. Comparable to a crystal-clear river, flowing peacefully and always finding its own harmonious path over time.

Our building standards

To achieve this, all our houses first and foremost meet the highest safety and energy- saving standards.
The underlying reinforced concrete skeleton construction meets the highest building. requirements for earthquake safety. To further increase earthquake safety, special pipes with flexible connections are used for the plumbing and sewage installations. They are one-piece, seamless, and equipped with water inlet plates.

AAA Thermo- and Sound-Isolation

To achieve a natural, pleasant living environment in both summer and winter without high energy consumption, we insulate the roof between the tiles and the facade with double thermal insulation. The aluminum window frames are equipped with thermal break and triplex energy-saving glazing.
Acoustics are a crucial factor for a good living environment. This applies not only
between the apartments, but also within them. Therefore, all partition walls are double- walled and filled with rock wool. The ceilings are also paneled and acoustically insulated with rock wool. The screeds are laid floating. This eliminates the reverberation effect in the houses and creates a pleasant sense of tranquility. Even the sewage installations are soundproofed.

5-Star Hotel Experience in your Bathrooms

Solid marble is used in all bathrooms, kitchens, stairs, and outdoor areas. It is given an antique finish for slip resistance and a very special, natural look. Only top-quality German products, such as those from Kludi, Villeroy & Boch, and Gerberit, are used for the basins, faucets, and all back-wall installations. All bathrooms have electric in-out ventilation systems.

Future-proof electrical supplies for lowest maintenance

For the electrical installation, all cables are laid in separate conduits. They are one-piece and equipped with BUS technology. This allows the house’s electrical system to be easily adapted to future changes.
For heating and cooling, there is an independent inverter air conditioning system for each room, as well as prepared underfloor heating in kitchen and living room. Each unit has its own solar water heating system via a dual-energy boiler, as well as photovoltaic modules for sustainable electricity generation.

Seamless and fully integrated design of flooring, lightning and cabinetry

The floors in the living rooms and bedrooms are made of the highest quality parquet planks, meeting the highest standards in terms of durability, acoustic performance, moisture resistance, feel, and aesthetics.
The kitchens and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms and entrance areas are exclusively designed and custom-made to match the materials and design of the apartments.
A unique lighting concept for both the interior and exterior areas is developed and technically prepared for each apartment.
We believe that an electric car best fits the lifestyle of Holihomes houses. That’s why each apartment has its own parking space with a separate 22 kW charging station to efficiently utilize the energy generated by the PV modules.

Beautiful private outdoor areas

Each house has its own private entrance from the street and, accordingly, has private outdoor areas. We want to create a seamless experience by integrating the interior and exterior areas. Therefore, your private living space begins long before you open the front door.

The garden, the stairs, the pool, and the terrace are a very important part of the living experience. Therefore, the lighting concept begins as soon as you enter the property. Natural stone, marble, wood, and stainless-steel reference the same materials used in the apartments. The outdoor areas are secluded and therefore another large “room” for all seasons.
